Lightbulb moment
The Little Museum of Dublin commissioned a Jack-in-the-Box Lamp for their collection, with a special inscription on the inside.
They wanted the piece to be interactive, and a simple instruction on the top sparks interest and encourages visitors to ‘Open’ the box. On lifting the lid, light emerges and a hidden bare LED bulb is revealed.
A wonderful quote from former President of Ireland Mary Robinson’s presidential acceptance speech was chosen for the inside.
It was a lovely honour to have our work displayed in one of Dublin's littlest and most interesting museums.
